Job Description
As a Customer Consultant Advanced - Logistics and Supply Chain, you'll be the magician who waves the wand of customer happiness while juggling analytics and optimizing processes. You're the go-to person for our VIP customers across Europe. You'll chat it up with the sales teams and our internal wizards.
Here's what you'll do:
Be the customer's best friend and keep the Order-to-Cash process on the straight and narrow.
Rock the boat (in a good way) by making our processes better. You're like the DJ of O2C, spinning improvements like they're your favorite tracks.
You'll keep an eye on our customers and help them grow in logistical wisdom. Think of yourself as their GPS for success.
You'll sprinkle your logistics fairy dust on things like optimizing order sizes, delivery schedules, and managing the mystical stock levels.
Hosting monthly customer gatherings? That's right, you'll be our event planner extraordinaire.
Handling the money stuff and supporting the sales team with contract magic.
Coordinating demand planning with our special customers. You're like the conductor of a logistics orchestra.
Qualifications:
You've got a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or you're the Yoda of logistics. But seriously, logistics or O2C experience is a bonus.
You're not just a team player; you're the life of the party in our cross-functional and intercultural world.
You're as proactive as a superhero and can turn a problem into a piece of cake.
Analyzing stuff is your jam, and you've got the Excel skills to prove it. SAP and MS Office? Easy peasy.
Speaking of languages, you're fluent in French and English, and if you know Dutch, that's like speaking logistics poetry.
Last but not least, you're the social butterfly who can handle stress with a smile and maybe even crack a joke or two.
