Key responsibilities

* **Collaborate** with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document **business requirements**.
* Apply **Agile methodologies** (Scrum/Kanban) to manage user stories, backlogs, and acceptance criteria.
* Translate business requirements into **functional specifications** and **user stories**.
* Facilitate **workshops** and meetings to align on requirements and **priorities**.
* Work closely with **technical teams** for accurate solution implementation.
* Support **project management tasks** including planning and risk management.
* **Design** and **execute** test plans, coordinate UAT, ensuring business requirements are met.
* Manage **data integrity** and analyze data related to **publications** and **patent applications.**
* Recommend **process improvements** and scalable solutions.
* Maintain **comprehensive documentation** including process flows and system diagrams.
