About the job :
To join our Finance team we are looking for a business analyst.
Your role is pivotal in the company's digital transformation and streamlining of business processes to facilitate international growth. You'll focus on analyzing global revenues to inform business planning and optimize opportunities. Acting as a business analyst, you'll provide essential revenue reporting and contribute to key moments such as quarterly and yearly closings, as well as future business plan development.
You'll handle large datasets, propose innovative analytical approaches, and identify revenue opportunities to shape winning strategies.
You'll maintain relationships with international subsidiaries to ensure optimized revenue tracking and invoicing.
Analyzing costs across departments, you'll pinpoint drivers, trends, and opportunities for optimization, presenting insights through regular reports and variance analyses.
You'll play a role in fostering a KPI-driven culture throughout the company and collaborate on process improvements to boost efficiency.
Additionally, you'll provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making, working closely with senior management.
About you
You have a master degree in economics, business administration, commercial engineer or equivalent.
You have a bright, structured and analytical mindset. You have a spirit of synthesis. You can play with data, processes and financial concepts. You are an excel master user and have an interest for company management software.
You are a good communicator. Acting transversally in the organization, you have people listening, liaising and convincing capabilities.
You are fluent in French and English (min. C1) (written and oral)
You have a first successful relevant experience of minimum 2 years.
