We would like to strengthen our team with a Service Market Director!

What you will do

The Service Market Director has the overall responsibility in driving aftermarket parts and service sales and profitability within the Belux. You will report to the Managing Director and coordinate teams who are responsible for business development, customer and technical service.

In this role, you are expected to:

Implement the aftermarket strategy, actions, and tools to support effective and efficient aftermarket sales in the Belux region.

Establish and implement KPI’s to monitor functional performance and provide reporting analysis.

Actively drive aftersales parts and service sales and profitability including volume, mix and margin, adapting offer and sales arguments.

Govern technical product support, aftermarket engineering, 24/7 roadside assistance services, to improve product quality, avoid unplanned stops and faster truck repairs.

Work actively on market share growth and follow up on the competitor’s strategies and activities on the market, anticipate new possibilities of development in the market.

Drive sharing and implementation of best practices for dealer performance improvement.

Manage, develop, and motivate staff within area of responsibility in accordance with Company policy.

Who are you?

We are looking for:

Relevant experience and knowledge with aftermarket sales. Experience in the trucks business is a plus.

University degree and/or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 5 years of senior management experience.

Proficiency in English, Dutch and French language.

Strong leadership and communications skills, including, strong personal credibility and integrity.

Strong ability and experience in driving change.

Able to demonstrate a clear vision, global mind-set and successful people & culture leadership.

Customer and business-oriented mind-set.
