About the role

As a service delivery manager, you will support VeroTech consultancy projects focused on **mobile network rollout** and **telecom infrastructure delivery**. You will coordinate end-to-end initiatives such as new site builds, network upgrades, swaps, replacements, operational handovers and indoor coverage solutions.

You will work in complex stakeholder environments involving internal teams, operators, infrastructure partners, suppliers, landlords and external contractors. Your role combines delivery ownership, governance, cost control, regulatory awareness and continuous improvement across mobile access initiatives, including temporary deployments for large-scale events when required.

Key responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end delivery of **mobile rollout and telecom infrastructure projects**

* Coordinate activities for new site builds, network upgrades, swaps, replacements and operational handovers

* Support **indoor mobile coverage projects** in complex public or high-traffic locations

* Align internal teams, operators, infrastructure partners, suppliers, landlords and contractors

* Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risks and compliance requirements

* Review and challenge project proposals, change requests, cost estimates and BOQs

* Contribute to governance, reporting, process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
