You'll bridge advanced semiconductor technology development with manufacturing. As part of our Manufacturing Support Team, you'll contribute to activities with our foundry partner in China and translate strategy into execution within a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

* **Support** **and** **coordinate** activities at our foundry partner in China.

* Transition prototypes into **high volume manufacturing** (HVM).

* Define, optimize, and characterize **monitoring structures** for HVM.

* **Analyze data** to ensure processes comply with specifications.

* Conduct **optical coating simulations** and determine design rules to ensure yield.

* Enhance **process technology** in foundries and recommend improvements.

* **Lead** processing critical steps and drive high yield solutions.

* Oversee lot **processing quality** with foundry partners.

* **Mentor junior engineers** and ensure **effective collaboration** with foundry teams.

* Collaborate on **process technology roadmaps** and new capabilities assessment.
