We are looking for a Senior Java Engineer to join our dynamic team, provide technical leadership. As we are building enterprise-grade, production-deployed applications, we are looking for an experienced engineer who can guide the development of robust, secure, and scalable backend systems while mentoring team members.

***Key responsibilities:***

* Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software architecture for complex, scalable backend applications built on Java and the Spring ecosystem.

* Collaborate closely with AI and ML engineers, Product Managers, and Business Stakeholders to translate complex requirements into efficient, high-quality software solutions.

* Contribute to and help define maintenance standards across projects ranging from new applications and functionalities to complex cross-project developments.

* You know how to test your software using JUnit, Mockito, ... You have experience setting up automated integration tests using Postman or other libraries

* Lead code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.

* Ensure comprehensive documentation of architectural decisions, development phases, and system designs; contribute to system monitoring, performance optimization, and incident resolution.

* Coach and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

* Drive technical innovation, evaluate and recommend new technologies, and promote best practices within the engineering team.
