We are seeking a solutions-driven SAP consultant with experience in SAP Cloud Solutions to be part of our SAP system integration business, leading design and delivery of SAP complex cloud/RISE migration projects! To ensure success as an SAP consultant, you should have extensive knowledge of driving and migrating SAP workloads to Cloud/RISE, proficiency with IT SAP administration activities and the ability to accurately design and document SAP standard processes following SAP Best Practices. An accomplished SAP consultant will be someone whose expertise results in optimized business operations.

Responsibilities:
SAP on Cloud Architecting:
Act as onshore Delivery Lead, Enterprise Architect and oversee solutioning on SAP on Cloud/RISE projects and proposals responsible for both Cloud Infrastructure and SAP Architecture
Function as an Enterprise Solution Architect to review cloud/RISE architecture designs, roadmaps, perform system health-checks, and drive cost optimization initiatives;
SAP estimation activities including SAP OS/DB migration, system copy, performance tuning, hardware sizing, HANA Architecture;
Facilitate workshops and identify business requirements;
Work in highly integrated environments and with multiple SAP / non-SAP systems
Review effort relating to SAP Basis activities, Technical architecture and Cloud/RISE components
Define right solution for OS and DB versions. i.e. Windows OS and MS SQL DB, UNIX, RHEL, SLES, Oracle, DB2, MaxDb etc
SAP on Cloud Delivery:
Lead a team who handles technical architecture (SAP and Cloud) analysis, design, build, test and deploy for:
Development architecture
Execution architecture
Operations architecture – Backup and Recovery, Disaster recover, High availability etc, and
Infrastructure architecture – Sizing, virtualization, desktops, networks etc.
Deliver and oversee sizing of the SAP on cloud solution and management of the process with the hyperscale
Advise on technical approach for all systems integrated to SAP
Lead 3rd party dependencies related to SAP environment
Deep understanding of SAP best practice on Backup and Recovery with regards to running this in cloud
Team management:
Lead a technical team in an onsite/offshore model
Act as a trusted technical advisor for the customer
Necessary Skills / Experience:
Significant exposure to SAP administration with experience as a Cloud Solutions Architect and expertise in migrating SAP workloads to Cloud/RISE
Experience in developing/implementing SAP High availability/disaster recovery solutions on public cloud
Proficient with SAP administration activities including SAP OS/DB migration, system copy, performance tuning, hardware sizing, HANA Architecture
Able to develop positive relationships with clients, facilitating workshops to identify business requirements and presenting clear and concise technical solutions
Excellent leadership skills with experience leading technical teams in onsite/offshore model
Proficiency in English is needed and knowledge of other European languages would be an asset
