Description
- Manage purchasing files (procedures with and without publication) in accordance with public procurement legislation;
- Contribute to the implementation, compliance and legal security of the various purchasing procedures;
- Provide administrative and operational support;
- Draw up and follow up the reports required to establish purchasing strategies and monitor the proper execution of contracts;
- Define priorities by matching the needs of customer departments with the objectives of administrative, financial and legal departments;
- Analyze bids, draw up review reports, execute and monitor contracts;
- Contract management, negotiating any commercial issues that may arise.
Profile
- You have a master's degree (licence) or a bachelor's degree in a legal/economic/commercial field;
- Experience in public procurement is desirable;
- You are fluent in Dutch and French;
- You have good organizational, planning and priority management skills (project work);
- You have analytical and judgmental skills;
- You are able to collaborate and work independently;
- You are assertive, take initiative and are proactive.
