About the role

As a VeroTech consultant, you lead **product development projects for energy conversion solutions**, from concept and lab prototype through to series production. You work in a multidisciplinary environment where technical design, industrialisation, supply chain, sales processes and aftermarket support come together.

You act as **Project Team Manager** and coordinate experts across departments and international facilities. You guide decisions with a strong technical foundation, manage project delivery transparently and help build reusable knowledge across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

* Lead **product development projects** from concept and lab prototype to full-scale series production

* Coordinate **cross-functional teams** across engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, service and marketing

* Coach project engineers locally and across international facilities

* Align and support technical design decisions with internal stakeholders

* Collaborate with test engineers to execute test programmes and evaluate results

* Manage **project scope, budget, status and timing** with clear reporting to executive management

* Apply **ISO, PED, ASME** and design-based risk management throughout the development lifecycle
