What You'll Do:
Work closely with the BPO and other business stakeholders to understand business strategies and priorities and translate these in appropriate technology efforts. By doing this you will be able to build a clear product delivery roadmap, enabling the BPO and Etex businesses.
Ensure timely, qualitative, and cost-effective delivery of projects and change requests for the business according to the defined targets and project deliverables.
Coordinate and drive dependencies and improvements with other stakeholders from the IT department (e.g., other product owner, product specialists, developers, solution architects, etc)
In collaboration with the service manager, you will monitor the operations and quality of the delivered service.
Keep product knowledge up to date (market evolution).
Take up the scrum master role. You organize Sprint Reviews and act as a knowledge hub and you facilitate the communication between the team and business. You participate in the daily stand-up to guide the team towards the sprint goals.
What You'll Bring:
Several years of experience with S/4HANA Private Cloud Source-to-Pay solutions.
Experience with Fiori launchpad and Ariba applications are a plus.
Fluent knowledge of English, knowledge of other European languages is an advantage (Dutch, French, Spanish, German…)
Strong & impactful communication skills (both oral and written), presentation skills and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in project management or interest to take this on for your projects.
Strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking with an ability to translate complex technical information into business focused solutions, incl. design thinking.
Customer focus, ability to build strong customer relationships, and deliver customer-centric solutions that drive business value and/or efficiencies.
Familiarity with Agile delivery methods.
Experience with RPA automation and low code tools are a plus.
