The ideal candidate will have a solid background in manufacturing and expertise in cell culture, chromatography, Delta V, and related processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.
• Conduct research and implement innovative solutions to enhance product quality and yield.
• Utilize chromatography techniques and Delta V systems to streamline production workflows.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to cell culture and process engineering.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on cell culture, chromatography, and Delta V.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (both written and verbal).
• Proactive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and guidelines.
