
Plant & Facilities Engineer (Electrical)
As a **Plant \& Facilities Electrical Engineer**, you are technically responsible for ensuring the continuity, safety, and efficiency of utility systems within our high-tech manufacturing facility. Your focus is on managing and optimizing critical installations, including low- and high-voltage electrical systems, automation, and PLC-controlled systems. Through data analysis, preventive engineering, and project management, you minimize risks and ensure compliance with stringent cleanroom requirements.
###### Your responsibilities
* Implement and document preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
* Define and execute projects that drive continuous improvements in reliability, capacity, and sustainability.
* Identify the root causes of complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
* Monitor installations and strive to achieve maximum uptime and operational continuity.
* Train, coach, and support Plant \& Facilities Technicians.
* Prepare reports related to environmental and sustainability requirements.
* Evaluate external service providers and contractors based on safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
* Participate in an on-call duty rotation.
###### Qualifications and Experience
* Master's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electromechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electrical Engineering).
* Minimum of 3 years of experience with low- and high-voltage electrical installations, automation systems, and PLC-controlled systems in a process industry environment.
* Experience in supervising, coaching, and managing contractors.
* High standards regarding maintenance quality, operational excellence, and safety.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a team-oriented mindset.
* Qualification as an Environmental Coordinator Level A and/or Prevention Advisor is a significant asset.
* Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is considered an advantage.
