IT Performance and Automation Expert

Purpose of the role

  • You will be responsible of the development, the evolution and the recurrent update of the CIO dashboards
  • You will also be responsible for the continuous improvement of the IT performance framework, including the identification and implementation of the automation opportunities
  • Key responsibility areas

  • Ensures the development of KPI’s to feed management reports (CIO cockpit, Group reports, …).
  • Reports at all levels of the organization and steers the development of action plan to increase/improve the IT performance framework
  • Responsible for generating and managing pre defined, and strictly documented, regularly scheduled reports and production of any ad hoc reports in accordance with the IT needs
  • Translates IT performance framework requirements into functional specifications.
  • Sets, follows and recommends performance indicators and dashboards for the IT department
  • IT performance includes but not limited to : Project delivery indicators, Vulnerability dashboard, Incidents indicators, Operational indicators, IT internal capacity, Obsolescence, Open Source, Project predictability,…
  • Helps aligning IT stakeholders with the objectives of the department, and makes them aware of any gaps in their performance. Ensure action plans are defined and followed-up.
  • Develops and maintains performance related working practices, methods and tools for Orange Belgium IT (project delivery, internal capacity reports, etc)
  • Defines reliable methods to verify continuously and automatically the KPIs
  • Drives/leads automation for the IT performance reports
  • Coordinates (collects and ensures quality) data necessary for management reporting and to support decisions through KPIs and metrics.
  • Assesses current state, identifies requirements, and defines the future state and/or the solution (reporting and tooling). Researches, gathers and synthesizes information for tooling and reportings.
  • Your profile

  • University degree (or equivalent by relevant experience)
  • 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge (certification) in performance framework
  • Experience with Business Intelligence and Reporting tools
  • Experience in report writing and data analysis
  • Experience in IT governance (Project management, Budget, procurement, productivity) would be a plus
  • Technical expertise in PowerBI, GCP, Rest API, Python, Excel
  • Strong analytical skills, improvement driven, excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English, French and/or Dutch would be a plus
