IT Helpdesk Officer

For one of our clients active in the utilities and railway sector, we're looking for an IT Helpdesk Officer.

  • Supporting clients or other users regarding their IT issues
  • Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and documentation of computers and managing its stock
  • Managing the IT infrastructure (both software and hardware)
  • Identifying technical problems and issues to ensure ongoing business operations
  • Supporting ongoing projects related to IT
  • Providing suggestions to improve and optimize customer support and system administration
  • Carrying out periodical performance and security checks 
  • First experience as first line support officer
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of and experience withRouting / firewall / LAN / WLAN / WAN / InfrastructureM365 environmentAzureSCCM
  • Strong knowledge of hardware and software
  • Experience within the Windows Server environment (AD, DNS, DHCP, …)
  • Fluent in Dutch and French
  • ITIL certification is an added value
