IT Business Relationship Manager

The GTS Business Relationship Management (BRM) team is looking for a Business Relationship Manager to manage the interactions and dialogues with its stakeholders. You will help both parties forecast the demand for IT services, access our services seamlessly and improve service performance continuously. 

Your role:

As Business Relationship Manager you will

  • build and maintain strong relationship with our internal customers and between IT teams. You provide day-to-day client advice and support
  • promote the capabilities of the GTS organization in delivering an adequate service, and assist the clients in identifying service improvements
  • manage the setup of contractual agreement and report on our division's performance
  • help to mobilize your colleague's resources to meet the clients’ needs and expectations
  • act as the primary point of contact for the client; and aim at satisfying the Service delivery expectations and requirements of the clients
  • Required skills:

  • This role will require interaction with senior people like division heads in the interface of the GTS Delivery organisation towards the clients
  • It requires a deep understanding of the IT client environments and their dependencies on GTS solutions
  • You have a very good knowledge of the Agile implementation in GTS and Euroclear, including how GTS operates within the Agile Operating Model
  • You support the change roadmap of our clients by translating their demand for our teams, ensuring that the demand is appropriately understood and budgeted.
  • You facilitate the achievement of specific, measurable results through a network of internal and external partners, stakeholders or clients over whom direct control is not exercised.
  • More specifically, the Business Relationship Manager for IT:

  • Possesses strong relationship management and maintain and value existing relationships; builds trust, credibility and confidence; review and/or expand network.
  • Operates in independence in managing clients and BRM for IT stakeholders.
  • Represents the GTS division within client's organization and promotes the efficient conditions of cooperation.
  • Ensures management information, periodic and ad-hoc information (including forecasting) is in place.
  • Mobilizes our division to take appropriate actions to improve service delivery.
  • Encourages proactive approach by anticipating threats, risks and proposing cost improvements.
