The Role
As an IT Architect specialising in Finance Systems, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and optimising our financial systems architecture. Your expertise will support our subscription and advertisement sales, ensuring robust, scalable, and efficient IT solutions. You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical solutions, driving growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement IT architectures for finance systems, focusing on scalability, security, and efficiency.
Lead the integration of financial systems with other business applications, including CRM, ERP, and BI tools, to support subscription and advertisement sales & support.
You support our teams by translating the business roadmap into an architectural townplan and technical roadmap.
Together with the teams you will find answers to questions from the business
You help the team make design decisions and keep the technical quality unquestionably high. We work according to the principles of Domain Driven Design and Aligned Autonomy
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, translating them into technical specifications and architecture designs.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards across IT systems.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging new technologies and methodologies to enhance system performance and user experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience (8+ years) in IT architecture, with a strong focus on finance systems within the media industry.
Expertise in designing and implementing IT solutions for subscription-based and advertisement-driven business models.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
Proficient in cloud technologies, data architecture, and integration platforms.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Desired Skills
Experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft D365 F&O and SAP
Experience with hyper scaler platforms like Azure & AWS
Familiar with subscription management platforms and advertisement sales systems.
Familiar with BI tools and data analytics platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and navigate complex business scenarios.
Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
