Responsibilities

Taking customer calls on field service related issues
Answer technical questions mainly about biogas stations
Coordinate on-site service jobs between customers and FSS
Update time schedules of FSS
Effective time and route planning for FSS
Chose FSS based on qualification and job requirements
Organise spare parts and products required for on-site service jobs
Manage short-termed changes (due to emergency cases, cases of illness, …)
Pass technical questions to available technician (FSS, TAC, …)
Prepare quotes (based on distances, times required, parts needed, …)
Administrate service contracts (gas stations)
Order Entry on to SAP and keep related SS
Provide information for invoicing (based on time-sheets and visit reports)
Focal point for FSS and customers for day-to-day issues

Requirements

Good technical understanding, ideally about gas metering and quality
Good communication skills (language, dealing with difficult situations like upset customers and under time-pressure)
Organizational talent
Customer orientation
