We are looking for our future Group Manufacturing & Supply chain Performance Manager to join Aliaxis’ global headquarters in Brussels.

In close cooperation with the regional leadership teams, the role aims to drive globally the manufacturing & supply chain performance management processes, which includes financial, operational, and environmental aspects.

The role is the ideal next step for a professional with business acumen willing to enhance a first prior finance experience in manufacturing or supply chain on an international scale.

    Job description

    Reporting directly to the Group VP Finance Global Operations and in close cooperation with the regional manufacturing and supply chain VPs, you will manage manufacturing & supply chain performance processes at a global level:

  • Daily coordination of the financial, operational and environment KPIs across more than 80 different plants and regions across the globe.
  • Centralize governance around operational KPI’s and ensure proper understanding and standard application across regions.
  • Monthly reporting on operations excellence savings and key operational KPIs.
  • Continuous improvement of reporting platforms, including the development of a roadmap to continuously improve the centralized reporting.
  • Collaboration with business on operations performance management topics (ex: internal/external benchmarking on relevant measures, support decision making for local initiatives…).
  • The role is based in our modern global HQ corporate offices in an easily accessible Brussels location, with flexible remote working possibilities.

    Requirements  

    Above all, we are willing to hire a professional who is not only passionate about financial KPIs but also about other Operations-related performance indicators, and who is willing to develop his/her skills at a global level.

    Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Several years of relevant financial experience (ex: External Audit, Financial/Business/Plant Controlling, FP&A...).
  • Experience in a related sector (ex: FMCG, industry, supply chain, pharma, automotive…) or/and in a consultancy firm/BIG4.
  • Experience in an international plant controlling or manufacturing financial function would be a big plus.
  • Motivation and ability to work in an international work environment (multi-countries scope, multicultural team, time-difference zones).
  • Ability to bring best practices in terms of manufacturing & supply chain KPIs definition, harmonization and link with financial performance.
  • Capacity to translate and summarize financial and business indicators into crisp messages with actionable/meaningful information.
  • Ability to build constructive and effective relationships and to maintain a strong network with a broad and diverse group of stakeholders, across diverse teams, locations.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environment and to engage effectively with the regional counterparts to lead to tangible results.
  • Beside the “usual proficiency” with Excel and PowerPoint, the knowledge of other relevant software’s is a plus (ex: Power BI, SAP, Cognos TM1…).
