FP&A Analyst

We are excited to announce that a new opportunity has arisen within our EMEA FP&A Team for an FP&A Analyst to join us on a permanent basis in support of Dematic’s EMEA organization. In this role, you will work with a variety of international stakeholders to further develop and present financial analytics to the core organization, which in turn will not only support them but also our EMEA Leadership Team.

For this position, we are seeking an aspiring finance professional who would flourish working in an international organization and has some experience working within either finance, accounting, or economics.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Process and support with EMEA Intercompany recharges

  • Execute monthly recharges and validate them ensuring correctness.

  • Produce regular monthly forecasts of intercompany recharges for each country within the EMEA group/

  • Support the analysis of actual results, and variance analysis against the forecasted projections.

  • Support our FP&A Senior Manager in the collection of key information from each of the countries.

  • Collate and review EMEA Capex Actuals and check the correctness of data received from countries.

  • Regular monthly forecast of CAPEX in each country.

  • Support the analysis of actual results, and variance analysis vs Forecast.

  • Draft analysis slides for the senior managers to present to the EMEA Leadership Team.

  • Qualifications & Experience:

  • Ideally Degree Educated in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in financial controlling/reporting within an international organization.

  • Strong ability to analyze and work in a team, change and problem-solving skills, analytical thinking skills, and customer orientation.

  • Previous exposure to using SAP or similar ERP systems for financial analysis.

  • Good knowledge of planning tools (Oracle EPM) would be an advantage however this is by no means essential.

  • Proficient in core MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Fluent English is essential to the role. Other languages would be an additional benefit but are not essential to the role.
