Rôles & Responsabilités

In order to expand our team, DynaFin is currently looking for an experienced trilingual Business Analyst with knowledge in the regulatory world of Invest to lead projects from inception to deployment. The incumbent will play a pivotal role to support our objectives and work on the development of new Investment Services and their regulatory compliance.

Function description :

Regularly report on status at different levels in the team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
Ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams.
Identify and recommend process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions to ensure stakeholder engagement.
The business analyst will be required to model business processes to create or improve the systems and procedures used in investments. This may include mapping current workflows and proposing changes to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
Participate in the development and implementation of relevant investment regulations or product modifications.
Manage incidents and provide product support.
Manage projects using Agile methodologies and monitor progress.
Perform tests and ensure quality assurance.

Profil

Bachelors or a masters degree in economics, law, or related field.
At least 3 5 years of relevant experience in the banking or insurance sector.
You are fluent in Dutch, English and French.
Good expertise in MS Office, MIFID,...
Knowledge of Invest regulation.
Experience in business analysis tools and software (SQL, Excel, Tableau,).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
