What's the aim of your role?
As Operations Director, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring successful project completion and customer satisfaction. Within IP Parking's international structure, you'll collaborate on implementing new developments and enhancements, optimizing existing processes, and striving for operational excellence.
What does this entail?
Facilitating and coordinating operational teams
Managing subcontractors
Achieving operational objectives
Serving as a strategic point of contact for clients
Monitoring the customer journey and satisfaction
Reporting to the Board of Directors
Handling project documentation and administration
Coordinating the order process
Reporting meetings
You'll provide leadership to IP Mobile in collaboration with the Director of Sales.
Work environment:
Our office is located in Aarschot (BE).
Regular travel to clients and projects in Belgium and Luxembourg.
Regular presence at HQ in Deurne, Netherlands
