Roles & Responsibilities

As Digital Procurement Lead (Functional Expert/ Cloud Solution Consultant) you will be part of a team that is responsible to assist customers in their digital and technology-led transformation, supported by the Ivalua Source-to-Pay solution. You will be working for clients around the world in different industries.
For KPMG, these transformations are end-to-end, involving everything from the business/technology strategy up to and including the actual implementation.

More explicitly, your role will cover a wide range of activities:

Leading the functional workstream from the start to end, both from a content perspective (i.e., being responsible of the Source-to-Contract and/or Procure-to-Pay functional design) and managing the project functional team.

Translating functional requirements into technical specifications.

Conducting workshops in which you will be sharing with the leading practices and demonstrating the solution, as well as taking ownership of the design document.

Developing the User Acceptance Testing strategy and overseeing its execution.

Continuously investing time to keep up to date with the latest technologies and acting as an advocate in spreading this knowledge within the teams.

Skills & Qualifications

You have a Master or Bachelor degree preferably in Business Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Informatics, Industrial Science, Information Management, Software engineering … or equivalent.

You have the necessary skills to coach/manage a team of of 2-5 people.

You have the ability to work independently, as well as in project teams, take ownership and responsibility.

You have a strong customer focus and can have conversations with both technical and non-technical people.

You are a problem solver, detailed oriented, and have strong analytical skills.

You have minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience, ideally in consulting.

You have minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in multiple software implementations, preferably Procurement solutions such as Ivalua, Coupa, Ariba, etc.

You are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills.

Additionally :

You have knowledge of ERP’s such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle is considered an advantage.

You have knowledge of the Source-to-Contract, Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Relationship Management is considered an advantage.
