What you do

Join our team as a Digital Marketing Officer!

Are you passionate about digital marketing and ready to take on exciting challenges?

As a Digital Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining brand presence across digital channels, while achieving commercial and visibility objectives.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Defining digital communication strategies,
  • Ensuring consistency with brand identity,
  • Establishing and tracking performance indicators,
  • Recommending new communication methods,
  • Collaborating with product experts and external partners,
  • Additionally, you will analyse campaign results, provide regular reports, conduct benchmarks, and collaborate on implementing digital and advertising strategies.

    Your manager, Diane, is the Chief Brand & Communication Officer. She promotes full autonomy, encourages discussions to shape ideas, and enthusiastically welcomes new proposals to collaboratively build an innovative vision.

    Who are you

    More than a diploma, it's a personality we are looking for!

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or a related field .
  • Successful experiences in digital marketing ( minimum 3 years ), including previous experience in driving and executing digital media strategy in a global, multi-brand, multi-channel, fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in managing social media content, campaigns and strategies for companies
  • Passionate and sound understanding of all major social media platforms and up to date with new and upcoming trends
  • Proficiency in META, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads platforms .
  • Experience with professional tools such as Facebook Business Manager, Hootsuite or similar relevant ones
  • Familiar with the media landscape in Belgium both offline and online. Knowledge of France would be considered as a plus
  • Structure, result-oriented and pragmatic , also in your creativity and ideas
  • Flexibility to adapt to constant changes and evolutions .
  • Ability to take initiatives and anticipate needs .
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and not in favour of rigid vertical structures
  • Great communication and presentation skills with colleagues, partners and stakeholders
  • Ideally French and Dutch speaking, also very comfortable with English
  • What we offer

  • An open-ended full-time contract (39 hours/week) with 29 days of leave
