### **The Role**

We are actively looking for highly skilled **Conversational LLM AI Experts** at Junior, Medior, and Senior levels to join our team on behalf of one of our major clients. In this role, you will be at the forefront of AI innovation, designing, deploying, and optimizing cutting-edge conversational systems, Large Language Models (LLMs), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures.

Depending on your seniority level, you will either help build and test conversational flows or drive the end-to-end AI architecture, leading security, scalability, and performance strategies.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* **LLM Integration \& Python Development:** Develop and integrate robust LLM applications leveraging frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Python.

* **RAG \& NLP Architecture:** Design and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, vector databases, and advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) systems.

* **Prompt Engineering \& Conversational Design:** Craft highly effective prompt strategies and design intuitive, multi-turn conversational experiences using tools like Botpress or Rasa.

* **Full-Stack \& DevOps Delivery:** Build clean Frontend/Backend integrations to support AI agents, and manage automated deployments using CI/CD and DevOps best practices.

* **AI Security \& GDPR Compliance:** Implement enterprise-grade security protocols for LLMs (handling prompt injection, data leakage) and ensure strict alignment with GDPR and data privacy regulations.

* **Agile Collaboration:** Actively participate in Agile/Scrum sprints, translating ambitious business requirements into production-ready AI solutions.

### **Your Profile**

#### **Experience Requirements:**

* **Junior (J):** 1 year of experience working on NLP, chatbot development, or initial LLM projects.

* **Medior (M):** 3 years of proven experience building and deploying generative AI pipelines, RAG systems, and integrations in production.

* **Senior (S):** 5 years of extensive experience in NLP/AI engineering, architectural design of enterprise LLM agents, and leading complex AI security and scaling initiatives.

#### **Technical Skills:**

* **GenAI \& LLM Stack:** LangChain, Python, Prompt Engineering, RAG frameworks, Vector Stores.

* **NLP \& Conversational Platforms:** Natural Language Processing, Botpress, Rasa, or similar conversational design tooling.

* **Engineering \& Deployment:** Full-stack development skills (Frontend \& Backend), DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines.

* **Security \& Governance:** AI Security controls, GDPR compliance, data anonymization.

* **Frameworks:** Agile/Scrum methodologies.

#### **Language Skills:**

* Fluent in **either** Dutch (NL) **or** French (FR) (Minimum 3/4 - Professional Working Proficiency)

* **AND** Fluent in English (EN) (Minimum 3/4 - Professional Working Proficiency)
