Mission:
Develop software algorithms to support the development of Composicad filament winding simulation software
Primary Responsibilities:
Contributes to objectives for Quality, Safety and Environment
Imagine mathematical algorithms to improve the performance and scope of Composicad. Fine-tune existing algorithms to enhance speed and accuracy.
Code the algorithms in prototype software for evaluation and validation. Dive deep into intricate challenges and find elegant solutions.
Work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and domain experts
Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging algorithmic techniques
Support, maintain and document the software functionalities
Ensure level 2 technical support on the algorithms for internal and external customers
Profile Requirements
Personal Background
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and optimization techniques. Experience with development of mathematical algorithms
Proficiency in C++, Python, or other relevant programming languages
Experience with numerical methods or machine learning is a plus
Passion for tackling real-world engineering problems
Experience with version control systems (Azure Devops) is a plus

Develops & maintains relevant know-how, capitalizes experience, ensures the diffusion of his knowledge
Ability to apply technical standards, principles, theories and techniques
Possesses problem solving capabilities
