Duties and Role:
As a member of the Project Management Application Service (APP039) Team within the Service Support and Business Applications (SSBA) Service Line (SL), provide specialist support contributing to the technical support of NCIA Boomi Platform including:
Manage and administer Boomi platform in line with SSBA guidance and in coordination with other Service Lines;
Maintain and monitor NCIA Boomi environments;
Support in developing and implementing Boomi Blueprint Framework;
Support deployment and maintenance of additional NCIA Boomi environments, atoms and molecules.
Apply techniques and methods for troubleshooting issues on Boomi platform or deployed processes;
Act as third line support on Boomi platform and collaborate with other lines of support;
Provide guidance and support for development of new Boomi processes;
Specific Working Conditions: Working environment is normal office environment. Additionally, the Contractor may be required to travel to remote sites in order to provide on-site Support. Such travel is normally of short duration, up to 1 week and occurs infrequently possibly 2 - 6 times a year. Travel expenses should be included in the rate.
