Coreso is actively seeking a skilled Business/Functional Analyst to join our innovative team, driving change at the crossroads of IT & Energy. In this role your aim is to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will play a vital role in identifying process inefficiencies, proposing innovative solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Your role as a Business/Functional Analyst exists of the following responsibilities:

• Analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions to optimize operations and achieve strategic objectives.
• Manage all aspects of project requirements, including business needs, functional specifications, and non-functional requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the project landscape.
• Gather, document, and validate both functional and non-functional requirements through various techniques like interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits and process observation.
• Translate business needs into clear, concise, and actionable technical specifications.
• Work with XML-based data formats and their applications.
• Utilize Business Process Modeling (BPM) to visually map and optimize business processes.
• Use UML to effectively represent system requirements.
• Work on multiple types of projects (Operational, digital transformation, Services and off the shelf products).

Who are we looking for?

• Master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent level of relevant experience
• 3-5 years’ experience in business analysis
• B2-Level of English (oral/written)
• You possess strong analytical skills and excel in gathering and documenting requirements.
• Your excellent communication skills allow you to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

  You will be a great fit if you have:

• Substantial knowledge and experience in the energy sector.
• Previous experience collaborating in agile teams or on agile projects.
• Proficiency in utilizing requirements management tools, such as Reqsuite or Jira.
• Familiarity with BPMn.
