Business Developer Automation (M/W)
For our Process Automation division, we are looking for a Business Developer Automation (M/W) who works for the region of Belgium, and will be reporting to our office in Aartselaar, in Antwerp region. Daily task and responsibilities Cultivate Relationships: Foster and strengthen relationships with existing customers and colleagues to ensure long-term partnerships. Expand Customer Base: Engage and build relationships with new customers through networking and referrals. Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with customers to understand their challenges and co-create effective solutions. Promote our Products: Take an active role in introducing and promoting new products to customers, emphasizing their benefits and value. Maintain CRM: Ensure the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is regularly updated with accurate customer data for transparency and efficient communication. Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate, convince, and influence stakeholders effectively. You are someone with… Language Proficiency: Fluent in Dutch and English. Fluency in French is an asset. Commercial Experience: Prior experience in a commercial role, regardless of job title. Drivers’ license: You hold a valid driver’s license, enabling you to travel to different work locations/clients up to 50% of the time. MS Office Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. CRM Knowledge: Basic familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce. Technical Affinity: An affinity or basic knowledge in Automation. A Bachelor or Master in Engineering or Automation is a strong asset. Proven experience dealing with DCS, digital solutions or SIS is considered an asset.
