Avionics Electronics Development Engineer

For our customers in the Aerospace industry we develop and produce in Kortrijk the next generation Cockpits with Visualisation and Human Interface Solutions: Smart Displays, Video displays, Touchscreens,….

As member of the Avionics Hardware R&D team, you will contribute to the development of display and computer systems, which are integrated in the cockpit of aircrafts and helicopters. Electronics is an important element in the operation of the system, for which correctness and safety are the highest priorities.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the development of mixed analog and digital electronics including embedded electronics design
  • You cover all phases of the development: from requirements definition until product delivery including concept, design, analysis and test. Accuracy, quality and safety are the main objectives in your development work.
  • You work intensely together with other members of the project team to realize the product.
  • Master degree in electronics/engineering.
  • Knowledge of and experience with embedded systems, electronic design.
  • Quality oriented:we follow development processes (DO- 254) which enables us to deliver to the aerospace industry worldwide.
  • You are a teamplayer.
  • Good knowledge of English.
