The Central Law Firm (Kleos product portfolio) Product Management Associate Director plays a central role in Legal Software organization, defining, driving, and implementing product requirements to solve the current and future challenges of our customers in the law firm segment through innovative cloud software.

This role requires cross-country collaboration with internal and external teams, as well as the resulting coordination and steering of the corresponding activities.

He/she will work closely with development, marketing and sales teams to ensure a successful launch, continuously monitor and improve the product, based on customer feedback, and make data-driven decisions to optimize its performance.

Ultimately, he/she will act as the voice of the customer and drive the product's vision to achieve business success.

Main responsibilities :

  • Responsible for product portfolio evolution roadmap in line with time quality and costs, combining global and local requirements in an effective way in line with the latest technological trends

  • Discover what users needs participating in customer research and collection of information from Product Marketing service, sales and clients/prospects

  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure efficient delivery, balancing time-to-market considerations with optimal resource allocation.

  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, plans and prototypes, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.

  • The person is also in regular communication with customers and stakeholders to prioritize roadmap features and drive the definition and delivery of new and differentiated product features

  • Manage local product management team responsible for the exact definition of the local requirements prioritizing functionalities and requirements according with clear and shared criteria; ensure with specific governance clarity and consistency in terms of communication and change management empowering the team as local ambassadors and as an extended team

  • Contribute to marketing plans to ensure they align with the product line strategy and effectively convey the intended message.

  • Act as a product evangelist, building awareness and understanding internally and externally about the product's value and benefits.

  • Key interactions:

  • Product marketing : align on the overall marketing strategy and to exchange info regarding customers in structured way

  • Product development to execute product roadmap

  • Sales: consult with local sales at regular intervals to gather market opinions and incorporate them into his/her considerations.

  • Work Experience:

  • Working on product launches in multiple countries.

  • Building relationships and delivering results with global, multi-cultural and remote project teams.

  • Interaction with external stakeholders at global and local level through participation in client meetings and consumer events.

  • Working in scaled agile environments not just to meet current needs but considering future growth scenarios in prioritizing product features based on existing and new customers, architectural improvements, and operational excellence.

  • Data-driven product adjustments

  • Product Strategy Planning: applies understanding of product strategy, tactical plans and the organization’s goals to facilitate products success in the market.

  • Leverage reports from quality and performance testing to adapt product functionality and enhance product delivery/maintenance to meet internal standards and stakeholders’ expectations in terms of product quality/operational performance.

  • Compulsory Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or Computer Engineering; MBA preferred or several years of experience in a similar role

  • Experience in management and development of quality products with customer impact.

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to use data for making assumptions and decisions.

  • Digital products end to end experience in an agile Scrum based environment following the product development process through the final step of user story acceptance.

  • Software Product roadmaps management with customer centric approach based on solid knowledge of user experience.

  • Advanced knowledge of agile management and scaled agile frameworks (SCRUM).

  • Global business mindset in determining which global or local demands are more compelling when making key business decisions.

  • Excellent command of English

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Diplomacy, strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills successfully with cross range of teams, including engineering, UX, legal, finance, sales and operations.

  • Excellent technical and non-technical stakeholder management skills.

  • Productboard and Azure Devops Board tools knowledge for the agile activities’ management.
