Introduction

Within IT Flat Europe organization, the Digital & IT Supply chain department is responsible for the IT Strategy of the Supply Chain function, including efficiency (process and system exploitation and optimization). 


We are a transversal IT organization operating at Flat Europe level. Our department is focused on bringing uniform IT applications to all clusters, with cutting edge technology and innovative solutions. In this position the candidate will be part of our central European D&IT Supply Chain team and in direct contact with our business & product owner team, development teams and third-party (offshore and onshore) providers. 

What does the job entail?

You will be part of a dynamic and diverse IT team supporting the supply chain application, digitalization and innovation for Flat Europe IT. 

As IT Analyst you play a critical role in 

  • Analyzing business requirements, 
  • Identifying technology solutions, 
  • Facilitating the implementation of IT systems and processes to meet organizational objectives

This position requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and business acumen to effectively translate business needs into IT solutions.

 

Who we are looking for?

Master's degree in a relevant IT field or equivalent knowledge gained through extensive working experience.

  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical skills and a business-oriented mindset, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a proactive approach to driving change and achieving results.
  • Hands-on experience with programming languages and technologies, with the ability to dive into code and program if needed.
  • Knowledge of Azure and its framework is a plus.
  • Experience in working with offshore partners is a plus.
  • Excellent team player with strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
