NextLink is having an existing position as a **A.I. Analyst** in Brussels area, Belgium.

We are looking for a A.I. Analyst

The primary mission of the candidate will be to support the design, implementation, and rollout of AI

solutions, including:

• a solution to capture and analyze call insights, and

• Generative AI use cases aimed at supporting content managers in enriching a chatbot for our

intermediary partners.

In this context, the candidate will be responsible for:

• Translating business needs into clear and structured functional specifications for AI initiatives

• Translate business needs into clear and useful prompt for A.I. Solutions

• Collaborating with the internal AI competence center to identify the most suitable solutions,

technologies, and architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives

• Coordinating the implementation and follow-up of AI solutions (from design to deployment)

• Organizing, executing, and coordinating testing phases (UAT, pilot, validation)

• Assessing the business value and impact of implemented solutions

• Driving AI awareness and adoption initiatives within the department (communication, workshops, use case identification)

Profile:

• Language: English fluent French fluent OR Dutch fluent

• Master en sciences de l'ingénieur industriel (M.Sc.) - Ingénieur industriel (Ing) ELEKTRO MECHANICAL

• Minimum 5 years experience

• Experience as Business Analyst and/or Project Lead in AI \& Analytics projects

• Experience delivering E2E A.I. Project

• Experience with LLM/RAG/NLP/MLT implementation

• Experience translating business needs into functional requirements

• Product Oriented Mindset

• Experience in coordinating end-to-end delivery (analysis, testing, deployment, continuous improvment)

• Understanding of AI fundamentals \& A.I. solutions architecture (eg. : LLM, GenAI, ML, Deep Learning, NLP, ...)

• Programming (Python, SQL,..)

• AI Prompting Experience

• MS Office 365, Copilot M365

• PowerBI, Azure DataBricks, Azure DataLake

• AI Product Implementation

• Business \& functional analysis (process flows, user journeys, data flows)

• Experience in AI product or solution implementation

• Create Business functional analyzes (process flow, screen, dataflow, ..)

• Writing clear user stories \& acceptance criteria

• Define testing strategy, execute and coordinate user testing

• Data science

• BPMN Modeling
