Main Responsibilities

Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud

Setup and configuration of infrastructure supporting web applications on Azure Cloud

Support of production development teams for configurations and deployments.

Production infrastructure incident support including postmortems.

Support internal Microsoft tools (SharePoint, O365, Active Directory).

Support and coach other members of the team.

Collaborate with geo-located internal teams and external clients.

Profile

At least 4 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud

Strong IT operations and engineering background.

Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Highly organized with a proven ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, manage several complex projects at one time, and utilize time effectively for staff and self.

Ability to Multi-Task and be resourceful.

Team Player with strong communication skills.

Ability to communicate to all level of the business.

Collaboration skills with remotely located teams.

High proficiency in English.

Required Skills

Communication and collaboration competencies a must.

Experience with Microsoft Cloud Azure

Knowledge of O365, SharePoint & Azure Active Directory.

Virtualization experience including VMWare, VSphere, or VCenter.

Good knowledge of networking, routing, VPNs (IPSec, OpenVPN, PPTP protocols).

Skill in software installation and maintenance.
