Senior Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you are the voice of our business towards our IT-department. You analyse the information and the processes needed to support our business plans & formulate (non-)functional requirements of the business organization. In addition, you advise on the lifecycle of the information solutions and evaluate the impact in terms of change management.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • contributing to the preparation of the organization’s business plan
  • analysing business requirements and designing related processes
  • supporting Digital Transformation, identifying areas for improvement in business processes
  • providing possible ICT-solutions compliant with the ICT-strategy
  • developing business cases related to the proposed solutions
  • analysing required information and documents
  • developing plans for the continuity of operations

    • Your profile

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree combined with relevant experience as a senior Business Analyst where you have dealt with complex business cases.
  • You have strong communication skills and succeed in building good relations with internal stakeholders.
  • You are proactive, adaptive and think in terms of solutions instead of problems.
  • You are structured, pragmatic and can challenge people in order to come to a good conclusion.
  • You are willing to share your knowledge with more junior Business Analysts.
  • You are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
