Project Manager

This Project Manager has following responsibility areas:

  • Plan, lead and coordinate all activities of a substation project along with all stakeholders, the supplying EIC group factories and the subcontractors
  • Full financial responsibility for the project budget.
  • Monitor and report the overall project budget and cash flow statements, initiate invoicing procedures and follow-up progress payments
  • Represent Pauwels in the project meetings with external partners and customers.
  • Negotiate with the subcontractors and suppliers and issue the purchase orders and subcontracts
  • Act as a central liaison officer for all internal and external communication for the project
  • Cooperate in establishing the main contract and reviewing the contract clauses
  • Initiate all actions needed to meet the contractual obligations
  • Build and strengthen the relationship with the customer as a basis for future cooperation opportunities.
