What we expect from you:

  • You will make yourself lead specialist in the field of Sealing technology or rubber products in general.
  • Your key to success lies in the combination of technology and commerce. 
  • You know how to build and manage relationships with customers' engineering departments based on your technical knowledge and with commercial sensitivity.
  • You work intensively with the engineers at (mostly OEM) customers. 
  • You work on the design and development of solutions for their technical issues. 
  • You manage and coordinate entire design and development projects.
  • You are jointly responsible for the success of your product group in the Benelux.
  • In your field of expertise, you are the first point of contact for clients and colleagues with regard to technology and quality.
  • You give information and advice about your product group to customers and colleagues.
  • You follow the developments around and in your field.
  • In this position you report to the Product Category Leader. 

    • What do you bring:

  • Mechanical engineering background and a higher professional education level.
  • Experience/affinity with Sealing technology or rubber products in general.
  • Some years of technical/commercial experience in the OEM sector.
  • Analytical, result and solution oriented.
  • Experience in coordinating and managing development processes.
  • Enthousiasm in managing and improving processes and systems.
  • Fluent in the use of the Dutch and English languages in word and writing. 
  • Good knowledge of the German language is an advantage.
  • The ability to work independently, but you are a Team Player.
