Lead Technician / Responsable centre de maintenance à Ghent, Belgium (f/m/d)
Job Description:
The Lead Technician's responsibilities are coordinating a team of Service Technicians, commissioning, fault clearance as well as maintenance of the Wind Turbines belonging to our Service Point in the area of Ghent. Tasks will include general, as well as specialized work and are described as follows:
Secure the availability of wind farms in the respective area
Repair, maintenance and inspection of turbines
Analysis of defects on WTG where necessary in communication with Local Operations Manager (LOM)
Coordination of a team of technicians to ensure the completion of their allocated service tasks within the specified timeframes and to the required standards
Responsibility for material, vehicles, staff, performance and health and safety on site
Fill in reports and check lists to keep LOM informed of site activities and make sure documentation is completed correctly and returned to the Technical Back Office promptly
1st line planning activities in close cooperation with the service coordinator
On-job training of new Service Technicians in his area
Condition and level of local stock
Control of sub contractors at site
Within your function as Lead Technician you will be the main contact for the Service Technicians. You will report to the LOM of your region.

Le rôle du Responsable de centre de maintenance est de coordonner une équipe de techniciens de maintenance, assurer la disponibilité des éoliennes, éviter les pannes et assurer la maintenance d’éoliennes rattachées à son centre de maintenance à Gand. Vos missions seront les suivantes :
Assurer la disponibilité des éoliennes sur sa zone
Réparer, entretenir et inspecter les éoliennes
Analyse des moteurs défectueux (Wind Turbine Generator) et remonter les informations au Directeur des Opérations Locales (LOM)
Coordonner une équipe de techniciens de maintenance de façon à atteindre les objectifs du centre de maintenance dans le respect des délais et des normes standards
Garant du matériel, des véhicules, de son équipe, de la performance, de la santé et la sécurité sur sites
Reporting, tenir informer son LOM de son activité, s’assurer que les documents soient remplis correctement et retournés rapidement au bureau
Planifier l’activité dans les grandes lignes en étroite collaboration avec le Coordinateur.
Former les nouveaux techniciens de maintenance à leur arrivée dans le centre
Gestion des stocks au sein du centre
Contrôle des sous-traitants sur site
Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, en qualité que Responsable de centre de maintenance, vous serez l’interlocuteur principal des techniciens de maintenances. Vous travaillerez sous la responsabilité du LOM de votre région.
Requirements:
You should hold a formal qualification in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering with work experience within the Wind Turbine sector or related industries. Beyond that you will have the following experience and skills:
Experience in coordinating a team
Experience working as a Service Technician
French & English language skills are required
Health and Safety awareness
Systematic problem-solving behaviour
Communication strength
Planning & organization skills
Customer focus
Computer literate, able to use MS Office, SAP specific software tools and in house database and workload management systems
Result orientation

Vous devez avoir un diplôme en Génie Mécanique et/ou Ingénierie électrique avec une première expérience dans le secteur des éoliennes ou industries connexes.
Par ailleurs, vous aurez de l’expérience et les compétences suivantes :

Parler Francais et Englais
Expérience en qualité de Technicien de maintenance
