What would your role be as a functional consultant in CRM?

You’ll be responsible for their training and documentation. Not a technical expert? Don’t worry – we’ll give you proper training when you start. Although you’ll have to learn to work in IT systems, you can lean on your tech-savvy colleagues to help you in the technical work.
