JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide IT technical assistance over the phone or email
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services
  • Follow-up and update customer status and information
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures

    PROFILE DESCRIPTION

  • IT Degree
  • Minimum 2 years in as an IT support Engineer
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems and applications
  • Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Azure
  • Fluent in French and English languages, spoken and written
