Group IT Support Coordinator

Your Mission As a Group IT Support Coordinator (50%), you will help develop a proactive IT Support team, and coordinate our journey of providing outstanding customer & technical service to our plants globally. You are someone who obsesses about the employee experience and wants to build a culture where our customers always come first. You understand how a high-functioning Global IT Service Desk can positively improve employee satisfaction and operational success. You will coordinate a global team of Support Engineers. As a Group IT Support Engineer (50%), you will support and operate group infrastructure and solutions for plants allocated to your region* according to group standards. Together with our Infrastructure and Business Solutions team, you will identify local requirements and translate them into group solutions. You will work in our office in Zaventem and from home. *Zaventem (HQ), Gent (production), Sweden (logistic center) Your Responsibilities Coordination Develop processes and tools to meet the global support needs. Develop and monitor ongoing reports on ticketing trends and team performance. Ensure correct prioritization of all tickets. Define and monitor SLA’s. Training of support engineers Support Engineer Remote / on-site support and operations for all services organized at group level in your region. (Office 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, Sentinel One, VPN, Monitoring, EDI, SAP, …) Carrying out and coordinating (security) and compliance audits, together with external partners. Writing technical documentation and procedures. Asset management Support role in IT projects. Your Profile You have minimal 3 years of relevant professional hands-on experience Experience in Production / Supply Chain (JIT/JIS) is an asset You're used to working in a team as well as independently You have strong analytical, synthesis and problem-solving skills You have excellent communication skills You have a result-oriented attitude with a high sense of responsibility, initiative & ownership You have a strong concern for quality and customer satisfaction You speak fluent in English & Dutch. French, German and Spanish are a plus Experience in an international, multicultural environment is a plus.
