Your journey with us

As a Business Analyst you join our ServiceNow team to help us improve the customer experience across the organization. You will not only crunch numbers but also present your analysis with confidence and pride . You dive into the deep and visualize your data in a clear and understandable fashion for any type of audience. You use facts and figures to challenge the status quo and you have no hesitation to propose improvements.

  • You support our ServiceNow team in functional analysis
  • You analyze customer service performance based on ServiceNow data and external surveys
  • You analyze KPI performance from support teams and service providers
  • You coordinate between support teams and use your analysis to improve team performance
  • You analyze support processes and suggest improvements
  • You create business cases to get buy-in for our ambitious projects
  • You create continuous improvement plans to get us to that next level
  • You create PowerPoint presentations to present your analysis
  • You create recurring and ad-hoc reports in ServiceNow (after in-house training)
  • You build and centralize our reporting structure in ServiceNow
  • You provide project support
  • Let’s talk about you

  • You have a higher degree
  • You have a minimum of 1,5 years of experience in an analyst, project or IT support role
  • You are able to prioritize when handling multiple assignments
  • You are assertive and take initiative
  • You communicate clearly and effectively in cooperation with colleagues
  • You are willing to learn ServiceNow and follow related trainings
  • You are willing to learn BI-tools such as Power Bi, Tableau or Qliksense
  • You are an excel-wizard
  • You can present data in PowerPoint
  • Visio is not new to you
  • You have a structured approach and good planning skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and/or French, as well as English
