SUPPORT ENGINEER (1st line service desk)

Responsibilities:

  • First point of call for all customers always providing excellent customer support
  • Managing 1st line incidents in an efficient and timely manner
  • Where necessary, escalating issues to 2nd/3rd line teams
  • Troubleshooting and basic administration
  • IT Support relating to technical issues
  • Essential skills/qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent
  • 0 to 5 years exp
  • Excellent telephone manager
  • Exceptional customer service ethos
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Desirable skills:

  • Knowledge/experience of Active Directory
